EVA usage and EVA material characteristics
1、 What material is EVA
1) Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (also known as ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer) is made by copolymerization of ethylene (E) and vinyl acetate (VA). Its English name is Ethylene Vinyl Acetate, abbreviated as EVA, or E/VAC.

2、 EVA material characteristics:
Quality grading of EVA materials: EVA materials are divided into three grades: Grade A, Grade B and Grade C. EVA thickness: not less than 0.5mm, not more than 50mm (whole plate)
The new environment-friendly plastic foam material has the advantages of good cushioning, shock resistance, heat insulation, moisture resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and non-toxic, non absorbent.
Water resistance: closed bubble structure, non absorbent, moisture-proof, good water resistance.
Corrosion resistance: resistant to seawater, grease, acid, alkali and other chemicals, antibacterial, non-toxic, tasteless and pollution-free.
Processability: no joint, and easy to conduct hot pressing, cutting, gluing, fitting and other processing.
Anti vibration: high resilience and anti tension, strong toughness, and good anti vibration/cushioning performance.
Thermal insulation: excellent heat insulation, cold insulation and low temperature performance, and resistance to severe cold and exposure. Sound insulation: closed bubble, good sound insulation effect.
3、 EVA Application
It is widely used in the shockproof, anti-skid, sealing and thermal insulation of electronic and electrical appliances, the lining of metal cans in various packaging boxes and other industries. Such as instruments, gifts, printing, packaging, machinery, electronic digital, military products, speakers, lighting, toys and other industries. It plays the role of shielding, anti-static, fireproof, shockproof, thermal insulation, anti-skid, fixation, wear-resistant, heat-resistant, insulation, etc.
